Can i use the paint from a Spray Paint Can on my airbrush?

Can you use paint from Spray can on a Airbrush? I know i can just buy airbrush paint but is it the same paint? Can i use it on my airbrush?
Like if i just spray a lot of Paint out of the Spray can can i use it on my airbrush?
