		<description>When you zoom in would make it &quot;look&quot; big but if it is set to 1 pixel it will still colour just one pixel and when you zoom out that should show you actual pixel size on your canvas. 
If you wish to change pixel size just change it on the Tools Options palette. You can access it from View&gt;Toolbars&gt;Tool Palette. 
It will give you all settings for all your tools on the toolbar as you click them. </description>
