How do you get Createx airbrush paint to dry permanently on a gundam model?

I've recently purchased an airbrush and used Createx paints but the stuff isn't drying well. I've tried to dry the pieces by blowdryer and heat from laps. After a long time, i can still manage to rub off paint. Am i using the kind of paint or whats a better way tod ry the paint?
