Is there an adaptor for an airbrush that connects to a co2 tank from a paintball gun?

Ive been writing graff (and been paintballing) for a while now and I've been wanting to get an airbrush for murals, but the tank costs way too much, so ive been wondering if there is an adaptor that would fit it to the co2 tank to the airbrush?
