Where and how can i find airbrush painting (aerography) artists to perform on cars and bikes?

I'm planning to start my own small business in Dubai-United Arab Emirates; I’m still preparing a study for it actually.
It would basically involve airbrush art painting on cars, motor-bikes and helmets.
I found out that I haven't got the artists yet!
I would probably need a highly creative artists who are into soccer (football) or sports in general, and street racing designs.
I heard that there are plenty of good artists in Russia, Australia, Brazil and US (No restrictions of course!).
