Are there different types of airbrush systems?

I'm looking at buying a Dinair system, but I was wondering if it can only be used to apply makeup? Can you also use it to airbrush temporary tattoos too?

Has anyone used that new airbrush makeup that is on tv lately?

I forget the name of it, but it is basically an airbrush system that you put a little foundation in and spray on like you are painting a picture lol. It is supposed to give really good coverage and last a long time. I know lots of infomercial stuff is awful, but I have found some things that are good. Anyone tried it? Any opinions? I think it would probably be too heavy for a very young person, but at 33, I like moderate coverage foundation.
